ISO Certification Confirms Uptime’s Commitment to Secure Software Development

We’re glad to announce that Krakow based Uptime Solutions has received the ISO/IEC 27001:2023 information security certification, confirming that the company’s internal processes meet international standards for managing and protecting sensitive data.

This certification means that Uptime’s development and delivery processes are designed to minimize risks, prevent incidents, and clearly define ownership of security-related responsibilities – not just in theory, but in documented, auditable practice.

“Information security is something that is built into our everyday development processes and it’s especially important nowadays, when Europe is being tested daily. The certification confirms that we have a strong emphasis on risk-based thinking, continuous improvement, and clearly defined responsibilities,” Lukasz Bargiel, COO at Uptime said.

“We’ve always known our internal processes were strong, but going through the ISO process helped us fine-tune them even further. It’s rewarding to see that effort officially recognized, and even more rewarding to bring that trust to our clients,” he added.

Trust That Can Be Verified

 For clients, it confirms that:

  • Security is built into every stage of the development cycle, from architecture to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Uptime’s internal workflows are transparent and auditable, helping clients meet their own compliance requirements more easily.
  • Organizational maturity and reliability are backed by internationally recognized standards.

“These are areas that clients rarely see directly, but which form the backbone of a reliable long-term partnership. This certification confirms that these behind-the-scenes practices are structured, maintained, and continuously improved,” Bargiel noted.

In practice, this means clients can trust that Uptime’s development lifecycle – from design and implementation to deployment and support – meets the same standards that large enterprises and public sector institutions require from their own teams. As more businesses face increasing regulatory demands, working with an ISO-certified partner helps ensure security compliance without adding unnecessary friction.

“Our clients expect reliability in how we operate as a partner,” Bargiel said. “Now we have independent proof that our internal discipline matches those expectations.”
