Construction software built for how you actually work
We design, build, integrate and operate construction systems — estimating and tendering, project controls, site data capture, quality and safety, and plant management — built around the rules, regulations and margins your business runs on.

What we do
Six services covering the life of a job — from the calculation that wins it to the evidence that closes it out, built for the specifics off-the-shelf tools never quite reach.
Construction software development
Bespoke systems for construction businesses whose niche, calculations or regulatory position no standard product fits.
Read moreEstimating and tendering
Cost models, rates, calculations and bid compilation, reusing what was priced last time instead of rebuilding it.
Read moreProject controls
Programme, progress, subcontractors, variations and margin, visible while the job is running rather than after it.
Read moreSite data capture
Progress, photos, measurements and diaries recorded where the work is, on a phone, offline when the signal goes.
Read moreQuality, safety and compliance
Inspections, defects, testing and QC with the evidence attached, so a regulatory question becomes a query.
Read morePlant and equipment
Machinery ordering, allocation, utilisation and maintenance across sites and hire fleets.

The construction problems that don't fit a standard tool
Niche calculations
Rates and cost models specific to a trade, which generic estimating software flattens.
Rules and regulations
Requirements that vary by market and must be evidenced rather than asserted.
Data captured on site
Records made in gloves, in weather, often with no signal at all.
Subcontractor visibility
Progress and cost from parties who do not use your systems.
Variations and claims
Changes priced and approved while the job runs, not reconstructed afterwards.
Testing and QC
Results tied to the element, the batch and the person who signed them off.
Plant utilisation
Knowing what equipment is where, in what state, and whether it is earning.
Margin discovered late
A job going wrong found at final account rather than in week three.
Custom project logic
Contract forms and commercial rules no product will ship out of the box.

Site data is worth little until it reaches the back office
Most construction software fails at the handover: the site records something, and the commercial team never sees it in time to act. We design the flow from capture to cost first, and the interfaces second.
- ERP and accounting
- Job cost, commitments and valuations posted correctly.
- Estimating data
- Rates, price books and historic tender data.
- Scheduling tools
- Programme dates and progress against them.
- BIM and drawings
- Models, revisions and the current issued set.
- Plant and hire systems
- Availability, allocation and off-hire.
- Supplier and subcontractor
- Orders, applications and payment status.
- Testing laboratories
- Results attached to the element they certify.
- Workforce systems
- Qualifications, inductions and time on site.
Construction and industrial platforms we have delivered
Swipe to see all four projects.

Infrafly: A heavy machinery ordering service
Ordering heavy machinery made straightforward for the people who need it on site, with availability and commitment visible rather than negotiated over the phone.
ABB: Centralised enterprise planning software for a factory
Tender preparation, order management and production planning brought into one place, so a delivery date could be set against actual committed load rather than an impression of how busy the plant was.
Manufacturing: Planning and management of the manufacturing process
A unified project management system connecting parts of the process that had previously been coordinated by hand, making capacity and commitments visible in one place.
Technopolis Group: Collaboration systems across an international property group
An organisation with the platform already in place and a need for it to be usable across sites, tenants and partners — structure, permissions and the conventions that decide whether people put their work in it.
Sectors we understand
Construction software carries the commercial rules of the work it supports. These are the settings whose rules we have already had to model.
General contracting
Programme, subcontractors, variations and final account.
Specialist trades
Niche rates and calculations generic tools flatten.
Heavy machinery & plant
Ordering, allocation, utilisation and maintenance.
Industrial construction
Factory build-out, commissioning and handover evidence.
Infrastructure
Long programmes, statutory records and public reporting.
Property & facilities
Sites, tenants, partners and long-term asset records.
Manufacturing & fabrication
Off-site production feeding an on-site programme.
Energy & utilities
Field work, inspections and regulated asset documentation.

From first analysis to long-term operation
Site and commercial analysis
Walk the job as it is actually run — how it is priced, how progress is recorded and where the commercial team currently finds out things too late.
You getA written picture of today and tomorrow, with the problems ranked by business impact.
Architecture & roadmap
Design the capture-to-cost flow first, then a phased plan with a first release that removes one recurring source of late information.
You getA phase-one scope and estimate, agreed before any build starts.
Build & integrate
Iterative delivery with site and commercial staff in the loop, offline-capable capture designed for gloves and weather, and integration built alongside features.
You getWorking software running on your own data from the first weeks, shown in regular demos. No mock-ups.
Operate & evolve
Support through live projects, extending coverage job by job, and a roadmap that follows how the business actually wins work.
You getSupport through live projects and a roadmap we keep together as the way you win work changes.
How we deliver — not what we sell
We are platform-agnostic by conviction rather than by slogan. In construction that usually means building alongside the accounting and scheduling systems you already run, rather than asking a business mid-programme to replace them.
Site applications are built to work offline first, because coverage on a site is not a detail you can design around later. Records queue locally and reconcile when a connection returns.
Commercial interfaces are built in Next.js or React, designed around the operations that happen many times a day — pricing a variation, checking a valuation, approving an application.
Behind them we work across .NET, Java and Node.js, with visualisation and reporting that puts margin in front of the people who can still change it.
Key questions answered
Why not use an off-the-shelf construction product?
Where your process is ordinary, you should — and we will say so. Bespoke earns its cost where the calculations, the contract forms or the regulatory evidence are specific to your niche, which is exactly where generic tools flatten the detail.
Will it work on site with no signal?
Yes. Site capture is built offline-first: records are made locally and reconcile when a connection returns. Designing for coverage afterwards does not work.
Do you replace our accounting system?
No. We build alongside it and post job cost, commitments and valuations into it in the structure your commercial team already reports on.
How do you handle subcontractors who use their own systems?
Through a light interface for them and a firm structure for you — applications, progress and evidence submitted in a form your systems can use, without asking them to adopt your stack.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We audit the codebase, the integrations and the data first, then stabilise, then plan. We will tell you honestly if the right answer is to rebuild rather than rescue.
