Quality, safety and compliance
Inspections, defects, testing and QC with the evidence attached to the record — so a regulatory question becomes a query instead of a search through folders and photographs.

What quality and compliance software must hold
Inspections and checklists
Structured inspections completed on site, with the result tied to the element, the date and the person who signed it off.
Defects and snagging
Raised with evidence, routed to the responsible party, tracked to close, and reportable across the whole job.
Testing and QC results
Laboratory and on-site results attached to the batch or element they certify, rather than filed separately and matched later.
Regulatory evidence
The records a regulator or client will ask for, produced on demand rather than compiled for each request.
Non-conformance
Deviations raised, dispositioned and closed with root cause recorded, so the pattern across jobs becomes visible.
Safety records
Inductions, qualifications, permits and incidents, with expiry monitored rather than discovered.

Most aspects of construction rely on data and facts
Calculations, defined rules and regulations, testing and QC — these are the things a construction business is ultimately judged on, and the things it must be able to evidence long after the job has closed.
Proper tools to gather, manage and visualise that data are what protect the margin and the reputation. Where evidence lives in folders and personal photo libraries, answering a question becomes an archaeology exercise.
- Anchored records
- Results tied to element, batch and signatory.
- Queryable
- Regulatory questions answered, not investigated.
- Routed defects
- To the responsible party, tracked to close.
- Root cause
- Patterns visible across jobs, not per incident.
- Expiry monitored
- Permits and qualifications flagged before they lapse.
- Retained
- Held as long as the obligation requires.
Data, facts and the tools to manage them
Across the construction work we have done, the recurring requirement is the same: calculations, rules, testing and QC recorded in a way that can be managed, visualised and produced on demand. That is what protects margin, and it is what off-the-shelf tools most often leave to a folder.
Common questions
Can inspections be done offline?
Yes. Inspection and defect capture is offline-first like the rest of our site tooling, including photographs, and reconciles when a connection returns.
How long is evidence retained?
As long as your obligations require, with retention enforced by the system rather than left to a policy document. In construction the ability to evidence a decision years later is part of the deliverable.
Can clients and regulators be given access?
Yes, scoped to what they are entitled to see. Giving a client direct visibility of quality records usually removes more correspondence than it creates.
