We solve the commerce problems that don’t fit a standard template

  • Customer-specific pricing

Contract prices, volume tiers, customer groups and currency rules resolved per account.

  • Account hierarchies

Parent companies, subsidiaries, cost centres and buyers with distinct permissions.

  • Complex catalogues

Technical attributes, compatibility rules, variants and hundreds of thousands of SKUs.

  • Multi-brand & multi-store

A shared product and inventory core, with separate brands, domains and commercial rules.

  • Multi-country

Tax, language, currency, legal entity and fulfilment differences by market.

  • Subscriptions & recurring billing

Plans, contracts, renewals, proration, metered usage and dunning.

  • Marketplaces

Multiple sellers, commission models, split payouts and seller onboarding.

  • Omnichannel

Web, mobile, stores, POS and customer service sharing the same products, customers, orders and stock.

  • Custom commerce logic

Business rules that no off-the-shelf platform will ever ship out of the box.

Commerce is only as good as what it connects to

Most of the hard work in enterprise commerce is not the storefront. It is keeping products, prices, stock, customers, orders, invoices and fulfilment consistent across every system that touches them.

Some of the industries we understand

Complex commerce is domain-specific. Catalogue structure, pricing logic, regulation and fulfilment differ sharply by sector.

  • Automotive & car parts

Complex catalogues, compatibility data, B2B distribution and high SKU counts.

  • Energy & utilities

Contracts, metered consumption, recurring billing and market-operator data exchange.

  • Telecommunications

Plans, subscriptions, device bundling, upgrades and self-service.

  • Publishing & media

Digital subscriptions, entitlements, paywalls and content-driven commerce.

  • B2B distribution

Account pricing, credit terms, repeat ordering and ERP-driven assortments.

  • Retail

Omnichannel stock, loyalty, POS integration and high-traffic storefronts.

  • Manufacturing

Configurable products, spare parts, dealer portals and production systems.

  • Multi-brand groups

A shared platform core with separate brands, markets and commercial rules.

From first analysis to long-term operation

  1. Business analysis

Most platforms are built for launch day and outgrown soon after. In workshops with your commercial, operations and IT people, we map what you run today and where the business is heading, and design for both.

You getA written picture of today and tomorrow, with the problems ranked by business impact.

  2. Architecture & roadmap

We propose the target architecture, integration contracts and a phased plan that leaves room for what comes later. Phase one is scoped to deliver something usable, not months of invisible groundwork.

You getA phase-one scope and estimate, agreed before any build starts.

  3. Build & integrate

Integrations are built alongside features, not bolted on at the end, and go-live is rehearsed before it happens for real.

You getWorking software with your own products and prices from the first weeks, shown in regular demos. No mock-ups.

  4. Operate & evolve

After launch, the work shifts from building to keeping pace with the business. Most of our client relationships are measured in years, not project phases.

You getMonitoring, patching and a roadmap we keep together as markets, channels and pricing change.

How we deliver — not what we sell

We are platform-agnostic by conviction rather than by slogan. The architecture follows the business case — catalogue complexity, integration load, traffic profile and the team who will run it afterwards.

On the commerce layer that means we are equally comfortable building on Medusa or WooCommerce, working within Adobe Commerce and Magento, or building a bespoke commerce core where the business logic genuinely warrants it.

The storefronts and portals in front of that layer are typically built in Next.js or React, and we maintain working depth in Vue.js and Angular where a client team already lives there.

Behind it we work across Node.js, .NET and Java, exposing GraphQL and REST APIs and connecting systems through event-driven integration rather than point-to-point scripts.

Common questions

What kind of e-commerce company are you?

We are an enterprise e-commerce solution provider and software engineering company. We design, build, integrate and operate commerce platforms — B2B, B2C, subscription, multi-brand, marketplace and omnichannel — rather than reselling a single product.

Do you only work with one platform?

No. We work with Medusa, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce / Magento and fully custom commerce platforms. The platform choice follows the business case: catalogue complexity, pricing logic, integration depth and how much of the domain is genuinely unique to you.

Can you integrate our webshop with SAP or Dynamics?

Yes. ERP integration is one of our core services — products, prices, customers, orders, stock, invoices and fulfilment status, using APIs, events, middleware or dedicated integration services depending on the landscape.

Can you take over an existing platform?

Yes. We regularly take over systems built by others: an audit of the codebase, architecture and integrations first, then a stabilisation phase, then a roadmap. We will tell you honestly if the right answer is to rebuild rather than rescue.

Where are you based and who do you work with?

Uptime OÜ has offices in Estonia, Denmark, Norway, Poland, Switzerland and Spain, and serves enterprises across Scandinavia, the Baltics, Central Europe and the US. We have been building software since 1992 and are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
