E-commerce integration services
We connect commerce platforms to ERP, WMS, PIM, CRM, payment, logistics and POS systems — so products, stock, prices, orders, customers and invoices stay consistent everywhere they appear.

The systems we connect
ERP integration
Products, prices, customers, orders, invoices, credit and fulfilment status synchronised with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and custom enterprise systems — via APIs, events, middleware or a dedicated integration service.
WMS and logistics
Stock levels per warehouse, reservations, picking status, shipments, tracking, returns and carrier label generation, with reconciliation when the two sides disagree.
PIM and product data
Enriched product content, attributes, media, translations and channel-specific assortments pushed into commerce and marketplace channels.
CRM and customer data
Unified customer and account records, consent, segmentation and service history shared between commerce, sales and support.
Payments
Card, invoice, instalment, SEPA, local and B2B payment methods, with reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks and PSD2/SCA compliance built in.
POS and marketplaces
In-store systems, click-and-collect, shared inventory across channels, and listings or order intake from external marketplaces.

Integrations fail on the edge cases, not the happy path
Anyone can move an order from A to B when everything works. The engineering is in what happens when the ERP is down for a nightly close, when a price changes mid-checkout, when a partial shipment arrives, or when the same customer exists twice.
We build integrations as observable, replayable services with explicit contracts, idempotent operations, retry and dead-letter handling, and monitoring that tells your team what failed before a customer does.
- Event-driven
- Queues and events rather than brittle nightly batch jobs.
- Idempotent
- Safe retries; no duplicate orders or double stock moves.
- Observable
- Per-message tracing, alerting and replay tooling.
- Contract-first
- Documented schemas so both sides can evolve safely.
- Reconciliation
- Scheduled comparison jobs that surface silent drift.
- Graceful degradation
- The shop keeps selling when a backend is unavailable.
DLL: separate applications consolidated into one integrated platform
For DLL we modernised an existing application landscape and consolidated several separate apps into a single scalable digital solution — improving both efficiency and the user experience. Integration work of this kind is less about connectors and more about agreeing on one version of the truth across systems that each believed they owned it.
Common questions
We run SAP. Can you integrate with it?
Yes. We work with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics as well as custom and legacy enterprise systems, using whatever interface is available — APIs, IDocs, files, message brokers or an integration middleware layer already in place.
Will you replace our integration platform?
Only if there is a reason to. We work with existing middleware where it is doing its job, and build dedicated integration services where the middleware is the bottleneck.
How do you handle real-time stock?
Usually a hybrid: cached availability for browsing performance, authoritative checks at checkout and reservation. The exact split depends on order volume and how expensive an oversell is for your business.
